The South Dakota State women's golf team will travel to East Lansing, Mich. to compete in the Mary Fossum Invitational, Sunday-Monday.

The event will take place at Forest Akers West Golf Course, a par-72, 6,315-yard course. The Jackrabbits are one of a 12-team competing at the invitational. Other team that will be present include Michigan State, Northern Illinois, Marshall, Western Kentucky, Princeton, Bethune-Cookman, Boston University, Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Oakland, Eastern Michigan and Michigan State-B.

The teams will golf the first two rounds on Sunday with a shotgun start beginning at 8 a.m. CT (9 a.m. ET). The final 18 holes will be golfed on Monday starting at 8 a.m. CT (9 a.m. ET), also in a shotgun start format.

South Dakota State's lineup for the Mary Fossum Invitational will be Teresa Toscano, Mia Seeman, Sydney Bormann, Cassidy Laidlaw and Alex Kandolin.

Last week, the Jacks competed at the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championship where they placed 12th in a competitive 16-team field. Toscano finished tied for ninth overall with 69-70-73—212 (-1).
