VALENTINE, Neb. – The South Dakota State men's golf team finished in third place at the Prairie Club Invitational hosted by SDSU and Nebraska on the par-73, 7,369-yard Dunes Course at The Prairie Club on Monday.

The Jackrabbits concluded the event with 297-289-308—894 (+18). Missouri captured first at 871 (-5), while a total score of 891 (+15) put Sam Houston State in second place.

Harry Duggan placed among the top five as he finished tied for fourth with 72-70-76—218 (-1). Duggan recorded birdies on holes 5, 11, 13 and 15 as he fired a third-round score of 76 (+3).

Jack Tanner completed the event in 16
th place after carding an 80 (+7) in the final 18 holes, for a three-round total of 226 (+7).

Tying for 17
th was
Jacob Otta, 75-73-79—227 (+8), and
Jones Comerford, who shot even par in the final round for a 54-hole total of 227 (+8).
Matthew Schaefer finished tied for 37
th with
Noah Boraas, who competed as an individual, with 235 (+16).

Jonah Dohrer also competed individually and tied with Comerford on the day with the best final round score for the Jacks at 73 (E). Dohrer finished the Prairie Club Invitational tied for 26
th with 230 (+11).
