South Dakota State men's golf wraps up the regular season at the Hawkeye Invitational April 17-18 in Iowa City, Iowa.

Finkbine Golf Course, a par-72, 7,157-yard course, is the location of the 13-team tournament hosted by the University of Iowa. Play begins Saturday with 36 holes while Sunday features the final 18 holes. A shotgun start time is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. each day.

The Hawkeye Invitational is the sixth event of the season for the Jacks, who look to keep momentum after a second place finish earlier this week at the Stampede at the Creek April 12 - 13 in Omaha, Nebraska.

This weekend will be the fifth time the Jacks have participated in the Hawkeye Invitational. SDSU finished 13th out of 13 teams in 2019, 12th out of 13 teams in 2018, 14th out of 14 teams in both 2017 and 2016.

Current Jackrabbits Jonah Dohrer and Harry Duggan participated in the 2018 event. Dohrer placed 68th, shooting a 227 (77-71-79) while Duggan finished 73rd as an individual, with 235 (80-79-76).

Through 15 rounds, Jack Tanner leads the team with a 74.07 stroke average. Tanner finished tied for fourth earlier this week at the Stampede at The Creek. Liam Georgiadis maintains a stroke average of 74.04, while James Temple averages 74.87.
