The South Dakota State men's golf team has announced the addition of two athletes for the 2022-23 season. Tucker D'Allaird and Tyler Seeling will join the squad in the fall.
D'Allaird joins the SDSU team from Duluth, Minnesota where he was a three-time all-conference selection for Marshall School. He won two tournaments in his high school career, including tying for first at the Section Tournament in 2021. D'Allaird competed in the Minnesota High School State Tournament twice. He recorded his career-low 67 during his 2021 high school season. D'Allaird also took part in the Minnesota State Open in 2021 and took eighth at the Minnesota Junior Boys State Championship.
Off the course, D'Allaird was an assistant caption for the Marshall hockey team and is a member of the National Honor Society. He has earned academic honor roll and academic merit roll honors.
D'Allaird is the son of Kristina D'Allaird and Daniel D'Allaird. He plans to major in business economics.
Seeling comes to Brookings from Breezy Point, Minnesota. He is a four-time all-conference golfer (2018-21) for Pequot Lakes High School and earned two honorable mention nods (2016-2017). He was named team MVP four times.
Seeling was also member of the Pequot Lakes hockey team where he served as a team caption in his senior season.
Seeling is the son of Amie Christian and Scott Seeling.
