South Dakota State men's golf coach
Parker Edens has announced the addition of Ming-Yuan (Marco) Lin to the roster for the 2023-24 season.
Lin, a native of Taoyuan, Taiwan, has collected a number of accolades as a junior golfer in Taiwan, most notably finishing first at the 2023 Beethoven Invitational. He holds an 18-hole average of 74.28.
"We are very excited to add Marco Lin to our 2023 recruiting class," said Edens. "Marco is young in the game of golf, only playing for 4-5 years, and has shown incredible growth in such a short time. His mechanics and fundamentals are exceptional and we look forward to helping Marco continue to grow his game. Marco has had great success in his junior career and we look forward to seeing him do great things for the Jackrabbits."
Lin is the son of Jonty Lin. He is undecided on a major.
