Myah Selland has been named the TicketSmarter Summit League Female Peak Performer of the Month for March.
Selland led the Jackrabbit women's basketball team with 16.2 points and 7.6 rebounds, on average, through postseason play. SDSU went 4-1 in March on its way to a Summit League Championship victory and NCAA opening-round victory.
Selland earned a spot on the Summit League All-Tournament Team after averaging 11.7 points and 6.7 rebounds in Sioux Falls, then scored 23.0 points, on average, in the Jacks' two NCAA Tournament games.
In the NCAA opener vs. No. 9 USC, Selland scored 29 points, including 16 straight to push the Jacks past the Trojans in overtime. The Letcher, S.D., native ended her career with 2,167 points, 887 rebounds and 452 assists, which all rank in the top five in SDSU history.
