The South Dakota State men's golf team opens the 2023-24 season Sunday as it hosts the Island Resort Intercollegiate at Sage Run Golf Club in Harris, Michigan.Â
The Jacks play host to 10 other schools for the two-day, 54-hole tournament. The teams tee off for 36 holes Sunday and then play the final 18 holes Monday.
All nine Jackrabbits will compete this weekend, led by sophomore Luke Honner in the No. 1 spot. Ty Kretz, a returning all-Summit League honoree, will also play with the first team.Â
