BROOKINGS, S.D. – The South Dakota State men's golf team has announced the addition of Mason Eaton to the roster for the 2026-27 season.
Mason Eaton • Lakeville, MN • Rosemount High School
Eaton will join the Jackrabbits following his career at Rosemount High School.
Eaton was the 2025 MN PGA MEA Fall Classic Champion and was a 2025 USGA junior amateur qualifier. Eaton was named a 2026 USNDP Team MN member. In 2024 and 2025, he received all-conference awards. Eaton earned academic letters in 2022, 2023, and 2024. He also made the all-state academic team in 2023.
Eaton is the son of Austin and Pamela Eaton. His dad played golf at the University of New Hampshire. His dad won the 2004 USGA Mid-Amateur Championship at Sea Island, Ga., which earned him a spot in the 2005 Master's Tournament. Eaton plans to major in business economics.
