OUTDOOR: Placed 16th in the 5000m with a time of 17:08.37 at the Wash U Distance Carnival (3/29)... Placed sixth in the 800m with a time of 2:18.50 at the USD Early Bird (4/5)... PRed in the 5000m with a time of 17:00.71 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/11)... Placed 18th in the 1500m with a time of 4:35.60 at the Drake Relays (4/24)... Finished fifth in the 1500m witha time of 4:33.77 at the Summit League Outdoor Championships (5/11). INDOOR: Assisted the 4x400m team to a sixth-place finish with a time of 4:02.11 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet (1/20)... Took eighth in the 3000m with a time of 9:57.99 at the Iowa State Classic (2/3)... Finished fifth in the 3000m with a time of 10:08.81 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/10)... Took 14th in the 3000m with a time of 10:18.21 at the Summit League Indoor Championships (2/23). CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets... Placed 45th with a 5k time of 19:03.1 at the Augustana Twilight Meet (9/1)... Clocked a 6k time of 21:45.9 at the Arturo Barrios Invite (10/13)... 2022-23: OUTDOOR: Competed in the 1500 (4:36.77) and 5000 (18:07.58) at conference championship…ran a personal best 5000 time of 17:04.97 at Mike Fanelli Track Classic…clocked a PR of 4:32.07 in the 1500 at Drake Relays INDOOR: Took seventh place in both the mile (5:01.15) and 3000 (9:55.80) at conference championship…finished fourth in the mile at ISU Classic…clocked PRs in both the mile (4:58.01) and 3000 (9:51.27) at SDSU Indoor Classic CROSS COUNTRY: Finished five races…Finished 26th at the Summit League Championships…Ran a season best 6,000 meters at the NCAA Regional Meet in a time of 21:43.2 to finish 94th…It helped the Jacks finish in 10th place, the highest regional finish in the Division I era.Â
 2021-22: OUTDOOR: Placed 9th at the Summit League Championships in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:42…Set a personal best of 4:38.67 enroute to winning the 1500 meters at the USD Twilight…Set a personal best of 2:17.66 in the prelims of the league championship meet…Ran a personal best 5,000 meters at the USD Early Bird meet in a time of 17:54.18 to finish 4th. INDOOR: Ran the anchor leg of the 2nd place Distance Medley Relay at the Summit League Championships to earn all-league honors for the first time…Set a personal best in the mile at the Nebraska Adidas Classic with a time of 5:00.53. CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 39th at the Summit League Championships…part the of the championship team…Ran a season best of 23:04.8 at the Bradley Pink Classic and her season best 5,000 meters came at the Briar Cliff Invite with a time of 18:39.6.
2020-21: OUTDOOR: Appeared in three meets participating in the 800 and 1,500 meters...set both season bests in the 800 meters (2:25.44) and the 1,500 meters (4:49.21) at the South Dakota Tune-up with the 1,500 meter time good enough for ninth overall. INDOOR: Competed in three meets participating in the mile and 3,000 meters...produced season bests in the 3,000 meters (10:36.30) at the SDSU Jim Emmerich Invite and one in the mile (5:16.71) at the UND open. CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete.
2019-20: OUTDOOR: Season canceled INDOOR: Redshirted CROSS COUNTRY: Made five race appearances in her first season as a Jackrabbit…debuted with a 4k at the NDSU Bison Open covering the course in 15:29.3… placed 19th in a time of 19:33.5 for 5k at the SDSU XC Classic (Sep 13)… ran 23:45.1 for her first career 6k at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sep 28)… finished out the season by clocking 19:34.5 for 5k at the University of North Dakota’s Ron Pynn Classic (Oct 19)…
Before SDSU:Â Part of Yorkville H.S.'s state championship winning team in Illinois Class 2A in 2015 and state runner-up in Class 3A from 2016-2018...qualified for Nike Cross Nationals in 2017 and 2018...named all-state in XC 2016 where she took 13th place at the state meet...named all-state in track in 2019 in the 4x800Â relay...member of school record holding 4x800Â relay team...named a conference champion in 2016.
