OUTDOOR: Opened with a fourth-place finish in the 400m with a time of 57.92 at the Emporia State Relays (3/28)... Won the 4x400m with a time of 3:52.88 and took fourth in the 200m with a time of 25.33 at the NDSU Spring Classic (4/5)... Finished third in the 200m with a time of 25.18 at the USD Challenge (4/13)... Was runner-up in the 4x400m with a time of 3:51.02 and took bronze in the 400m with a time of 57.54 at the Gary Wilson Invitational (4/24)... Took bronze in the 400m with a PR time of 57.52 and PRed in the 200m with a time of 25.44 to take 11th at the Maverick Opeon (5/1)... Finished third in the 4x400m with a time of 3:44.52 at the Summit League Outdoor Championships (5/11).
INDOOR: Placed sixth with a 300m PR of 40.86 and took bronze in the 4x400m with a time of 3:57.73 at the SDSU Holiday Open (12/1)... Followed up with silver in the 4x400m with a time of 3:53.96 at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet (1/20)... Finished runner-up in the 400m with a time of 58.29 at the SDSU Last Chance Meet (2/16)... Took bronze in the 4x400m with a time of 3:49.53 and finished third in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:43.09 at the Summit League Indoor Championships (2/23).

2022-23:
OUTDOOR: Appeared in six meets...ran 200m PR of 25.45 for ninth at NDSU Tune-Up and finished third in the 400m...clocked a PR of 58.72 in the 400m at Central Nebraska Challenge...took second in the 4x400m relay at USD Early Bird
INDOOR: Competed six times...ran season best 200m time of 26.32 at SDSU Last Chance for fifth place while also finishing fifth in the 400m...season best 400m time of 58.76 at SDSU Indoor Classic...finished third in the 4x400m relay at Bison Team Cup

2021-22:
OUTDOOR: Competed five times… SDSU Last Chance (2/19/22) set outdoor personal best in the 400m – 59.41.
INDOOR: Competed six times… SDSU Holiday Open & Multi (12/3-4/21) ran a personal best in the 300m – 42.14, SDSU Indoor Classic (2/11-12/22) ran a season best in the 400m – 59.06 and SDSU Last Chance (2/19/22) set indoor personal best in the 200m – 26.20.

2020-21:
All-Summit League – Indoor – Distance Medley Relay – 2^nd
OUTDOOR: Competed in five competitions….ran an outdoor 400m PB of 59.74 and overall 200m PB of 26.10 (+0.7) at the South Dakota Tune-Up on 5/7.
INDOOR: Competed in six competitions…..ran an indoor personal best in the 200m of 26.50 at the UND Open on 1/30, ran an overall PB in the 400m of 58.96 at the SDSU Last Chance on 2/20, the highlight of the season was a member of the All-Summit League quartet of the Runner-Up Distance Medley Relay Team (400m leg).

BEFORE SDSU: Named 2018 South Dakota Eastern Conference indoor champion in the 300... holds the Brookings High School indoor record in the 300 and 200... 2019 Ruth Marske Invitational second place finisher in the 400.... Eastern South Dakota champion in the 4x400 in 2019... Six-time All-State performer... 2017 South Dakota state meet medley relay team champion... broke state meet record and BHS school record and with a third place finish in the 4x400 relay... 2018 South Dakota state meet medley relay team champion... finished sixth in the 4x400 relay and eighth in the 4x200 relay... 2019 Howard Wood Relays seventh place finisher in the 400.... 2019 South Dakota state meet fifth place finish in the 400....
