2021-22:
All-Summit League (1) – Outdoors: 4x400m Relay – 3rd
2022 Summit League Commissioner’s List
OUTDOOR: Competed six times…Made a significant recovery from an injury and came into incredible form for The Summit League Outdoor Championships (5/12-14/22) with a huge lifetime best in the 400m final of 55.68, finishing fourth and 3rd fastest time in SDSU history. Lauren ended the meet leading off the 4x400m Relay to 3rd place finish.
INDOOR: Completed two times… SDSU Holiday Open & Multi (12/3-4/21) won the 600m against a stacked field in a lifetime best and the second fastest time in school history of 1:32.58 and SDSU Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet (1/22/22) competed in the 400m and sustained a season ending injury during a collision.
2020-21:
OUTDOOR: Appeared in five meets participating in the 200, 400 meters and the 4x400 meter relay...claimed a medal for fourth overall in the 400 meters at the Summit League Outdoor Championships with a personal best time of 56.16...the 400 meter time jumped Van Dyke up to fifth fastest all-time among the Jackrabbits...again she kicked off the 4x400 meter relay team at the conference championships helping to guide the Jackrabbits to a bronze medal finish in a time of 3:47.45...the 4x400 meter relay mark now sits at eighth all-time in the SDSU record books.
INDOOR: Competed in five meets participating in the 200, 400 meters and the 4x400 meter relay...grabbed a medal in the 400 meters at the Summit League Indoor Championships finishing sixth overall with a personal best time of 57.12...the 400 meter time has Van Dyke slotted into ninth all-time in SDSU history...led off the 4x400 meter relay team that took fourth at the indoor championships as well in a time of 3:51.27...added a season best time of 26.30 in the 200 meters at the debut meet, SDSU Holiday Invite & Multi.
CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete.
2019-20:
OUTDOOR: Season Canceled
INDOOR: Competed in 12 events… opened the season with a 600 PR of 1:35.44 to finish fourth at the SDSU Holiday Invite & Multi… finished third as a member of the 4x400 finishing in 3:58.19 at the Jim Emmerich Invitational… competed in the 400 at the Summit League Championships, finishing in 57.86 to take seventh and picked up a bronze medal as a member of the 4x400 at the championships with a 3:52.59.
2018-19:
OUTDOOR: Competed in 12 events… logged an 800 PR at the USD Twilight… ran a season-best 57.47 in the 400 at the Summit League Championships to finish sixth… won bronze as a member of the 4x400 at the championships, finishing in 3:48.50.
INDOOR: Competed in two events… took second in her first career race as a Jackrabbit grabbing a 1:35.85 mark in the 600 at the SDSU Holiday Invite & Multi.
