Regional rival and future Summit League member comes to town Wednesday when the South Dakota State women's basketball team hosts North Dakota at 7 p.m. in the friendly confines of Frost Arena.

SDSU is 2-0 on the young season, but the Jackrabbits have already had their first overtime win, defeating George Washington, 97-88 Nov. 12. Junior Macy Miller led five Jackrabbits in double figures with a game-high 20 points.

North Dakota lost its season opener at then-No. 19/17 Oregon State, 65-55, Nov. 10.

Wednesday's game is the 64th meeting and just the second as Division I opponents between SDSU and UND.

The Fighting Hawks lead the all-time series 41-22, but the Jackrabbits have won the last two games, including an 83-72 victory in Grand Forks last year.
