After almost a week of practice, the South Dakota State women's basketball team returns to action Friday when it plays North Dakota at 7 p.m. in the Betty Englestad Center in Grand Forks.

SDSU enters Friday's game atop The Summit League standings with a 4-1 record and a 12-6 overall mark. The Fighting Hawks sit tied for third with Denver and Oral Roberts with 3-2 league records. They are 8-10 overall.

Myah Selland led three Jacks in double-digit scoring with a game-high 19 points.

North Dakota lost 92-80 to Western Illinois Jan. 13.

Friday's game is the 66th meeting between the Jacks and UND. North Dakota leads the series 41-24.

- South Dakota State is 5-3 on the road this season. It is also 69-25 (.734) all-time in Summit League road games. SDSU has won 19 of its last 28 league road contests.

- Macy Miller has scored 20-or-more points seven times. She averages a team-leading 17.1 points. The point guard ranks 33rd in the NCAA in points (307) and 30th in field goals made (112).
- In the last five games, Miller is averaging 17.6 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.6 assists while shooting 59.3 percent from the field, 40.0 percent from 3-point range and 84.2 percent from the free-throw line.
- State has held nine opponents to 65-or-fewer points, including six to less than 60.
- There have been at least three Jackrabbits scoring in double digits 16 times this season.
- South Dakota State ranks among the top 30 nationally in four categories, including 12th in assists (306) and 14th in field-goal percentage (.472).
