South Dakota State (4-2) makes a two-game road trip out west to take on Washington State (Monday) and Montana State (Wednesday) this week.
These games will be SDSU's fourth and fifth consecutive games away from Frost Arena. They are the Jacks' first true road games of the year. Washington State is 4-1 on the year. The Cougars most recently beat Troy 87-72 Monday night. Their only loss is to BYU. WSU is 2-0 at home this year.

- South Dakota State enters a two-game swing to Washington State and Montana State at 4-2 overall following a 2-1 trip to the Battle 4 Atlantis in Paradise Island, Bahamas.
- The Jackrabbits topped No. 4/10 Louisville 65-55 in the team's final game of the Battle 4 Atlantis. It was SDSU's first win over a top-10 opponent since moving to Division I in the 2004-05 season.
- Myah Selland led the Jacks in all categories against Louisville - 25 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two steals. Â

- Washington State is SDSU's fifth straight opponent from a Power Five conference.
- The Jacks' senior class brings a wealth of experience and talent into its final season. Paiton Burckhard leads the nation in career games played (136), Dru Gylten ranks second nationally in career assists (569) and Myah Selland ranks 13th in career field goals (632) and 17th in career points (1,702).
- Myah Selland leads the Jackrabbits in scoring (16.7 PPG), rebounds (7.0 RPG), assists (3.7 APG) and steals (1.7 SPG). She is one of three players in the country averaging at least 16.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game this season.
- Haleigh Timmer (10.5 PPG) and Tori Nelson (10.0 PPG) are also averaging double figures for SDSU.
- Kallie Theisen averages 8.3 points per game, ranking fourth on the team, and leads the Jacks with a .667 field goal percentage.
