South Dakota State travels Columbia, South Carolina to take on the No. 1 Gamecocks Monday evening at Colonial Life Arena. The Jackrabbits are 2-1 following a 55-38 win at UT Martin Saturday.
This is the third all-time meeting between these teams and the second in two seasons. South Carolina holds a 2-0 record in the series. The sides last meet last season at the Sioux Falls Pentagon, which the Gamecocks won 62-44.
Myah Selland scored 12 for the Jacks in the previous meeting, followed by 10 points from
Brooklyn Meyer. Zia Cooke scored 18 to lead all players and Aliyah Boston added 12.
South Carolina's 3-0 mark has come with wins over Notre Dame, Maryland and Clemson.
