FALCON HEIGHTS, MN – The South Dakota State women's cross country team finished in 10
th place in the team standings of the women's 6k at the Roy Griak Invitational on Friday morning.
Leah (Hansen) Hisken led the way for the Jackrabbits as she clocked a 21:44.7 for 19
th place out of 202 athletes.
Mya Kizer was next in 56
th place with a time of 22:22.9 and
Jessica Lutmer ran a 22:35.5 for 63
rd.
Caitlin Bright was 73
rd in 22:48.9 and
Claire Beckman rounded out the scoring runners in 84
th place with a 23:08.7.
Grace Waage ran a 23:22.6 for 102
nd,
Sierra Watterud clocked a personal best of 23:29.1 for 109
th and
Emma Gonzalez was 122
nd in 23.49.3.
Emma Ecker finished in 150
th with a 24:31.0,
Kadense Dooley crossed the finish line in 24:41.1 for 156
th and
Jenna Soine made her 6k debut for 158
th in 24:43.3.

The SDSU women took 10
th place out of 17 squads in the team standings with 286 points, recording the second highest finish by a Summit League team. California Baptist won the Jack Johnson 6k with 63 points.
